Dear Ms.
Gonzaba:
There
is a significant accumulation of black mold on some ground floor patios behind
the "E" building. Also evident is exfoliation of concrete covering
reinforcing steel as indicated in the top photograph. Secondly, there is a
steel pan behind the "D" building that is accumulating debris and has
no apparent legitimate purpose for being there. We trust that you are well
aware of these matters as they are in plain sight but we cannot understand why
they remain.
