Notice of Change of Terms of Tenancy for October 1st, 2004

I am in receipt of a letter dated September 21 st, 2004 that indicates your receipt of the Lakewood Apartments' Notice of

Change of Terms of Tenancy. This notice and the Mold Notification lease addendum were served to all month-to-month residents of the Lakewood Apartments.

Your objection to the new lease addendum has been noted. However, Lakewood Apartments has the right to unilaterally change the terms of your month-to-month tenancy to incorporate the Mold Notification lease addendum even without your consent. In accordance with the Notice of Change of Terms of Tenancy delivered to you on August 28th, 2004, the Mold Notification lease addendum will be part of your rental agreement as of October 1 st, 2004.
